Payment methods

Payment method
The User may pay the price of the ordered goods using, at their choice, one of the options listed below. On the site, payment is possible by cash on delivery, by card (upon receiving the shipment from the courier or on site at the office) and by virtual terminal.

» Payment by cash on delivery: upon receiving the goods you pay the amount due to the courier.

Here you have two options:
- paying the cash-on-delivery amount in cash to the courier
- paying by bank card - you can pay the cash-on-delivery amount with your credit/debit card directly to the courier - every ECONT courier and all of their offices have a mobile terminal through which bank card payments are made.

If the User chooses the option of delivery by courier and payment by cash on delivery, they must pay the price of the ordered items to the courier upon receiving the goods.

» Payment by card (virtual terminal): an extremely convenient way to pay. While finalizing the order you will be able to enter the necessary details. If the transaction is authorized, the payment will go through immediately and we will ship the goods on the next working day. We support the 3D Secure security system. Our employees have no access to your card details; only the bank holds all of the information.

Payment in installments through TBI Bank EAD:
MUSE Cosmetics gives Users the option to buy goods in
installments from the Site through a consumer loan granted by TBI Bank EAD.

- a consumer loan may be applied for by any person who is:
over 18 years of age, a Bulgarian citizen or a foreign citizen who
holds a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Bulgaria and a Bulgarian
identity document,

- amount of the consumer loan – from 100 BGN to 10,000 BGN (i.e. you can
order and buy in installments goods with a total value between 100 BGN and 10,000 BGN, regardless of the number and the unit online selling price of the goods included in the
order)

- repayment period of the consumer loan – from 3 months to 24 months.

- the loan application is made online through the MUSE Cosmetics Site by choosing the option "Buy with TBI Bank"

- the loan approval and granting procedure is carried out entirely
remotely. After the order is completed, an employee of TBI Bank EAD will
contact you and give you the necessary information and instructions.

- the ordered goods will be delivered to you after TBI Bank EAD approves
the granting of the consumer loan.

- all terms and procedures in connection with granting the consumer loan
(application requirements, approval criteria and procedure, repayment period, number and amount of the repayment installments, interest and fees on the loan, settlement of
relations in case of delay and default on the loan, etc.) are determined
unilaterally and solely by TBI Bank EAD.

- MUSE Cosmetics does not send messages and cannot give you information about the status and outcome of the consumer loan procedure, but only
about the status and fulfillment of the order.
